Old Town Order Form

Below, please find the Old Town order form. You may use this form to submit your application fee and purchase your booth space at the Old Town Art Show. Be sure to complete each of the following steps. Incomplete applications will not be processed.

    Step one: Submit your application using our Online Application form.

    Step two: Submit your application fee below.
    Very important: Do not submit your booth fee until you have been accepted.

    Step three: Email your images (3 of your work and 1 of your display) to: lynn@holidayartshows.com

    Applications will not be processed until all three steps are complete.

    Step four: Wait for your acceptance email.

    Step five: Submit your booth space payment. Once you have received your acceptance email you may purchase your booth space using a debit or credit card. Simply click on the booth size you wish to purchase and you will be taken to our secure payment processing page to complete your transaction. You will receive a confirmation email once your payment has been received in our office.

    PLEASE NOTE: Jewelry and photography categories are closed for the Old Town Art Show. Applications will be accepted for the wait list only.
