Old Town Art Show | April 9 + 10, 2022
FOOD VENDOR APPLICATION
Steps to apply:
1. read over food vendor info
2. fill out the application below
3. hit submit, you will be redirected to our Square-Up secure payment processing page
4. pay the application fee ($25.00)
5. email 2 images of your food truck/set up to: email@example.com
We will process your application and send your notification within 2 weeks from date of submission. If accepted, a link will be included to pay for your space. Insurance certificate (see below) must be submitted within 30 days of show.
DATES: Old Town Art Show, Palm Sunday Weekend – April 9 + 10, 2022
SET-UP: Friday noon - 7:00 pm
SHOW HOURS: Saturday 10 am - 5 pm, Sunday 10 am – 4 pm
LOCATION: Francis Field (grass), 25 W. Castillo Drive, Saint Augustine, FL 32086
Application fee ~ $25.00
Food Truck ~ $325.00
IMAGES: submit images via email; one of your menu and one of your truck/set-up in jpg format to: firstname.lastname@example.org. Please do not send more than the requested number.
TRASH REMOVAL: food vendors are required to place their own trash in the dumpsters located at the southwest corner of the field.
BREAKDOWN: Breakdown begins at 4:01 pm Sunday. All exhibits must be removed by 9:00 pm. Exhibit area must be left clean and free of trash at breakdown. Dumpsters are located in the southwest corner of the field. All exhibitors must remain set-up for the duration of the show.
ELECTRICITY: Electricity/H2O is available for food vendors.
SUBMISSION: Please submit your application below. After clicking submit, you will be taken to our secure payment processing page to pay your application fee.
RULES AND GUIDELINES:
Show is held rain or shine. Food vendors are responsible for securing their booth properly, with stakes and weights.
$35.00 fee for all returned checks.
Submitted images may be used for publicity purposes. Receipt of images grants permission.
Security will be provided, however, Holiday Art Shows shall not be liable or responsible for any items lost, stolen, or damaged.
All Exhibitors selling consumable products must have valid commercial general liability insurance in the amount of $1,000,000 (one million dollars). A certificate of insurance must be provided listing Holiday Art Shows, Inc. and City of St. Augustine as named insured.
There is no parking on the field. All vehicles must be off the field by 9:15 am.
Holiday Art Shows reserves the right to make final interpretation of all rules.
